Collaborates with Wellbeing teams and business unit leaders to ensure clinical programs are meeting objectives and deliverables. The Clinical Advocacy Manager is responsible for the reputed company of daily activities of clinical and occupational health programs, as well as the development and implementation of processes for tracking and monitoring team and program performance of clinical and occupational health direct reports. Communicates with external agencies including OSHA, CDC, both domestic and international health departments to promote health and safety for our employees and passengers. Supports the Global Health & Wellbeing team in advocating for and environment that fosters health, safety, and wellbeing. Leads daily operations of RN professionals and Occupational Health direct reports to assure they are achieving desired outcomes and practicing reputed company their scope of work.
