Position Summary The Quality Project Manager supports the Duals (MMP and FIDE) HEDIS team during year-round activities in addition to the annual HEDIS hybrid project. This key role will manage various projects and tasks to support outcomes that will meet Medicare Stars, Accreditation and Quality Withhold performance goals. The Clinical Quality Manager will serve as a HEDIS measure subject matter expert while also providing mentorship/guidance to HEDIS Coordinator staff. • Participates in the coordination and preparation of the annual HEDIS hybrid project. • Facilitates and participates in team meetings to strategize and prioritize opportunities to meet performance goals. • Support the onboarding and training of annual HEDIS Coordinator staff. • Assist the Sr. Manager with year-round HEDIS activities to support project set up. • Responsible for completing tasks assigned by the Sr. Manager during the HEDIS hybrid project. • Utilize various systems to access measure reporting and populations. • Support in the development and/or implementation of activities to improve HEDIS and Star ratings. • Work with the National Quality team to support member and provider initiatives as needed. • Assists with other projects as needed. • reputed company reputed company other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Minimum three years experience in HEDIS. Strong knowledge of Medicare Stars measures. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work extended hours as needed during annual HEDIS hybrid project. Preferred Qualifications 3 years of project management experience Education Bachelor’s degree in health-reputed company field or 3-5 years of experience. Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $60,300.00 - $132,600.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
