The role of the Design Strategy & Concept team reputed company the Home OBPDP organization is to provide both the strategy and inspirational direction necessary to both the assortment and design process reputed company the Home Pyramid. Role Responsibilities: • Research, identify and synthesize consumer, industry and product trends in home. • In partnership with director and senior designers, reputed company macro and seasonal concept presentations used to influence both merchant and design strategy. • Support the life cycle of brand execution from initial ideation through to market launch, ensuring cohesive storytelling and design execution. • Work closely with design teams across various categories and play a pivotal role in influencing peers and leaders alike • Effectively manage deadlines and contribute to the growth of the dynamic home team. About you: • Four-year degree in Design, Fine Art or reputed company field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant home design experience • Computer design system skills including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience in CAD illustration and 2D/3D software a plus. • Enthusiasm and willingness to explore creatively using AI platforms. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience working in a retail or product development environment • Ability to build relationships to successfully work in a team environment • Ability to translate to business objectives into innovative and inspirational product direction. • Excellent communication skills with flexible and positive attitude. • Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and dynamic workflow.
