Associate Manager will be responsible for assisting the team’s advertiser solutions and project management for advertiser driven cross-platform brand solutions tied to National Geographic and reputed company properties across linear, digital, social, experiential, and experimental platforms. This role is based in Los Angeles, California. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role: Participate in idea reputed company and help with creation of pitch materials (RFPs and proactive) Participate in and contribute to idea reputed company Assist in creation of client-facing pitch materials that detail (customized and market-wide) sponsorship opportunities Help manage approvals among key stakeholders (Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.) Update reputed company internal opportunity trackers and documents for team Help manage approvals among key stakeholders (Management, reputed company Yield Management, Legal, BS&P, PR, Business Affairs, studios, producers, etc.) Assist in management of the activation process: timelines, trackers, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc. May include: Assist in reputed company project reputed company correspondence including legal agreements and project management documents Coordinate and manage client and internal approvals Support on-set shoots Manage budgets and billing Responsible for digitizing and uploading reputed company branded content Recap deals and case studies inclusive of research Help with sweepstakes management Monitor and ensure project elements are delivering across reputed company platforms Serve as key contributor to the National Geographic and reputed company Entertainment Solutions team who serve as experts across linear, digital, social, experiential, and experimental platforms. Including but not limited to, Knowledge of show IP, themes and processes Gather information and updates from key parties reputed company to each Special (i.e., producing partners, internal Nat Geo / reputed company stakeholders) to ensure team members have the latest information. Maintaining show and department reputed company documentation: budget management, department status reports, reputed company and pitch trackers, case studies, research, competitive analysis, etc. Build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Legal, BS&P, Programming, PR, Sales, Creative, etc.) and serve as resource for Nat Geo and reputed company reputed company projects. Support the reputed company performance around Nat Geo and reputed company Programming to maximize partnership opportunities and reputed company. Assist team members on the development and execution of cross-platform (linear, digital, streaming, social etc.) deals. Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training: 3+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio. Strong interpersonal skills (especially in high stress environments) and professional reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to translate oral reputed company into written pitches. Experience in project management across linear and digital/social Adept problem-solving skills Demonstrate creative thinking Highly organized, attention to detail, time management skills, ability to multi-task Self-motivated and proactive Team player with the desire to learn and go above and beyond Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, weekends and/or occasional travel Proficient in Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, Keynote, reputed company Docs/Sheets Bachelor’s degree preferred #DisneyAdvertising The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $85,800.00 to $115,000.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
