Minimum Requirements • 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service) • Must have your own computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) - but NO CHROMEBOOKS, Ipads/Tablets OR Macbooks •

Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone

(Please use this in your interview) • Reliable and dependable • Experience with data entry and word processing is required • Must be able to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy • Must possess basic computer knowledge • Team oriented with a positive, “can do” attitude • Fluent in writing, reading & speaking English Preferred Qualifications • 2 Monitors/Screens- required for some projects • Two years or more experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service) • Experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or other CRM, DialPad is a definite plus

Responsibilities

Include But Are Not Limited To • Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers daily • Dispatching the proper technicians or resources to the customer • Remaining calm in the face of potentially distressed customers • Being on time each day • Providing customer service with empathy and care • Ensure client needs are met Job Type: Full-time • overnight shifts • day shifts Pay: $15-$16 per hour W2 Experience • Call center: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Powered by JazzHR Apply Job!
