Position Summary: As a Remote Patient/Health Support Agent at Greater Malden Behavioral Health, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' mental health and well-being. In this role, you will interact directly with our patients and provide them with remote assistance and support. You will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
