Fun events and activities to participate in on site! This person will Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions. Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business. Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
