The Technical Business Analyst – Product Quality focuses on enhancing product quality and developer experience by analyzing key metrics and performance indicators. Requirements

Required Skills and Competencies: • Proficiency in tools such as SLQ, reputed company, or analytics platforms (e.g, Tableau, Power BI) for performance measurement and reporting. • Familiarity with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and how they impact delivery. • Experience in defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure project and team performance. • Knowledge of industry standards and practices for performance assessment. • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. • Ability to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. • Experience in Agile practices and working in cross-functional teams to enhance delivery effectiveness. • Skilled in eliciting and documenting business requirements to align with performance objectives. • Ability to communicate insights and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and facilitate discussions between various teams. • Several years of experience in business analysis, project management, or performance improvement roles. • Involvement in projects focused on improving operational performance or delivering technical solutions. • Relevant certifications in business analysis (CBAP), project management (PMP), or specific performance improvement methodologies can enhance credibility. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field. • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g, CBAP, PMP, or Agile certifications) can be advantageous.
