In this remote role, you will play a key part in supporting our nonprofit partners by soliciting donations reputed company phone calls. Work Schedule: We prioritize flexibility for our Fundraising Specialists, allowing them to work a schedule that fits their needs. Our standard shift hours are as follows: • Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST • Sundays: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM ES OR Friday: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST While additional evening or morning shifts may be available, these are not guaranteed. Compensation: We offer a competitive starting pay of $13.00 per hour, with scheduled pay increases at 90 days, six months, and one year of employment.
