The Staffing Assistant is responsible for appropriate daily staffing; ensuring sufficient physician support for efficient workflow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with nursing leadership. The staffing assistant acts as a resource person for staffing needs. The staffing assistant demonstrates flexibility and the ability to problem solve. The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
