We are recruiting to fill a position to reputed company business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber reputed company for clients in Civil and DoD markets. We do not accept corp-to-corp (C2C) candidates. reputed company is looking for an reputed company Army Civilian Talent Management Project Manager.This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company program to increase readiness of Civilian workforce and reputed company, implement, and institutionalize Army Civilian talent management across its four core functions acquire, reputed company, employ, and retain. • Provide reputed company and guidance for reputed company personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, and compliance and quality control. • Provide analytic, advisory, management, and administrative support to reputed company activities as necessary • Conduct bi-weekly program reviews with client • Travel to Washington, DC and Chicago, IL as required QUALIFICATIONS: • MUST BE A US CITIZEN. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Masters degree and five years of experience supporting the reputed company. In lieu of a masters degree, 10 years experience supporting the reputed company and a bachelors degree. • Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations including talent management life cycle areas (acquire, reputed company, employ, and retain) • Extensive knowledge of the Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting. • Secret Clearance Min.
