A Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a professional responsible for solving business problems by leveraging a variety of tools and techniques. They analyze, design, and optimize business processes and systems to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. They also implement solutions using appropriate technologies, including low-code and no-code platforms. Key responsibilities of a Technical BSA include: • Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders. • Designing and implementing solutions to address business needs. • Administering applications like Salesforce. • Utilizing low-code and no-code platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to build and deploy custom solutions. Technical BSAs play a vital role in bridging the gap between business and technology. Their success depends on a combination of creativity, strong organizational abilities, and project management skills. How does the program work? During your apprenticeship with Catalyte, you will develop and hone your foundational skills in technical business systems analysis under tutelage of our experienced team and work on real projects on one of our clients. You will also earn a certification upon completion, which will be essential in growing your future technical business systems analysis career. Who can apply? We’re looking for people who have a passion for planning, organization, and leadership, and are eager to jumpstart their career as a technical business systems analysis apprentice. As an apprentice at Catalyte, you will be given all the fundamental skills to work for exciting, fast-paced tech companies in a project management capacity. Anyone who meets these criteria can apply: • Be at least 18 years old • Basic proficiency using a computer and the internet • Be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S. for 30 continuous months from your first day. Catalyte does not offer visa assistance or sponsorship of any kind. • Be available to work full-time from approx 9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday • We are targeting current Vermont residents for this specific opportunity Pay and benefits You will receive your local minimum wage for 30 hours per week for the first 20 weeks.
