Course Selection Advisors Application Interview Coaches Thesis/Dissertation Advisors [Job Responsibilities] • Online Teaching: Teach and tutor students in corresponding courses based on their actual needs. • Consolidating Student Knowledge: Guide students in reviewing and summarizing for exams, tests, quizzes, assignments, etc. • Student Feedback: Continuously optimize teaching methods based on student feedback, offer after-class Q&A, and improve overall teaching satisfaction. • The primary responsibility is teaching, and adherence to academic integrity is mandatory. [Job Requirements] • Master’s or PhD degree from a top 100 QS-ranked university in the relevant field; teaching experience or experience at overseas education agencies is preferred. • Excellent grades in respective subjects, IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 100+ preferred. • Familiarity with overseas teaching models, exam systems, etc., is a plus. • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism, with a proactive and cooperative attitude. • Adequate time availability and ability to adapt to students in different time zones.
