Summary

Maintain efficient guest satisfaction oriented operations at the reputed company Desk in accordance with Porsche Design Tower Standards. Train new personnel and supervise reputed company Desk shift activity. Ensure daily observation of service standards through Personal Service programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Provide feedback on individual performances to management and discipline staff in consultation with Director of Operations. • Train reputed company Desk staff with emphasis on reputed company satisfaction. • Maintain inventory of supplies and operating equipment. • Communicate pertinent information to desk staff and between shifts. • Ensure proper reputed company in procedures and adherence to Porsche Design Tower Standards. • Be involved in the hiring and interview process reputed company possible.

Ability to work early morning hours (7AM-PM).
