As a Live Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company. Responsibilities ? Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information. , ? Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers. , ? Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary. , ? Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. , ? Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement. Requirements ?
