Position Title: Program Development Manager Department: Business Development Location: Remote Reports To: Director of Business Development Installation Made Easy ("IME") provides software and process management that reputed company retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience. The Program Development Manager ("PDM") is a dynamic role that merges the responsibilities of a Merchant, Account Executive, and Project Manager. The primary responsibility of the PDM is to enhance the performance of both existing and new home improvement programs. The PDM is instrumental in driving cross-functional projects from inception to completion, developing and launching new home improvement programs, and maintaining robust relationships with our retail and manufacturing partners. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that directly impact the company's growth and success. The PDM will have frequent interaction with reputed company departments as well as senior and executive level management. The ideal candidate is confident, charismatic and has reputed company. The candidate should be comfortable interfacing with reputed company levels of an organization and be able to handle stressful situations with reputed company and grace. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business administration or reputed company field • Experience in home improvement, retail, project management, or merchandising is preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion • Strong business acumen with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present reputed company information in a clear and concise manner • Self-motivated, independent, and able to reputed company in a remote work environment • Confident, charismatic, and capable of handling stressful situations with composure and professionalism • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines • Computer literate, including proficient in reputed company Office Suite and other computer software
