JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Preconstruction Manager Operating Group: Division/Cluster: Reports to (Name & Title): Type of position (Select One): x Employee (FT/PT) • Casual (PTAN) • Intern/Co-Op • Trainee FLSA Status: x Exempt • Non-Exempt • Hourly Job Summary: Preconstruction Manager - reputed company, Power Essential Duties and Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company the essential functions. • reputed company EPC estimating for renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery storage, transmission) • reputed company quantity take-offs • Project CAPEX budget development and analysis • Participate in design, project evaluation, studies, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews • Prepare RFP documents including instructions to bidders documents, bid form(s), scope(s) of work • Manage RFPs through life of process including issuing addendums and answering RFI(s) and performing the analysis as listed below: • Conduct scope gap and level analysis of each proposal • Participate and reputed company follow-up interviews with each bidder to identify scope gaps, overlaps, double-reputed company, unnecessary contingencies, and other risk factors reputed company each bidder's proposal • reputed company value engineering review and present any viable opportunities • Recommend EPC contractor based on weighted criteria process • Support clients review EPC, TSA, and Supplier contract exhibits for completeness • Update contract exhibits as required for completeness and conformity to terms and stipulations reputed company the overall agreement • Support clients through EPC/TSA/Supplier/ Project Acquisition Agreement negotiations acting as one of their subject matter experts on the construction and key commercial items throughout the negotiation process. • Support clients on project M&A through review of project documentation to reputed company red-flag reviews of the project development and constructability aspects. Including, but not limited to, performing due diligence site visits to potential M&A projects, and developing due diligence reports highlighting opportunities, risks, and overall constructability of potential M&A projects. • Conduct site visits as necessary to support RFP processes or Due Diligence visits • Provides support to Business Development team as necessary to maintain relationships with existing client reputed company • Review project schedules for compliance with contract and RFP requirements. Including review of project details, work sequence, schedule logic, critical path review and provide comments and opinions on any issues or opportunities to improve project schedule • Support scheduling team in development and update of company schedule templates and reports • Support the BV project teams with design and estimates as needed • Communicates with owners, engineers, suppliers, and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements • Attend preconstruction meetings with engineers and clients and drive preconstruction reputed company as set forth by the preconstruction schedule • Keeps accurate meeting notes at reputed company meetings Skills The requirements listed below are representative of acquired skills required. • Experience in the Renewable Energy Industry a must (wind, solar, battery storage, transmission) • Project Management or Construction Management experience is a must • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications • Attention to detail • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Excellent computer skills, including MS-reputed company, Word, MS-Project, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu (or similar) • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to exercise sound independent judgment • Ability to prioritize multiple projects or tasks Education, Certifications, and Experience • College Degree • 5+ Years of relevant work experience Physical and Environmental Conditions The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
