As a Senior Portfolio Manager on reputed company Knee Arthroplasty upstream marketing team you will l be at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you’ll support portfolio development for primary knee arthroplasty, one of the leading segments reputed company reputed company’s Joint Replacement business. What you will do: • Assesses the impact of competitive dynamics and points of reputed company / difference through competitive analysis. • Researches features and benefits and how they translate to value for a specific product. • Gathers and collates competitive information to drive insights. • Leverages networks of people and resources for obtaining competitive information. • Adheres to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive information. • Anticipates the needs of customers and patients and creates a superior value proposition. • Obtains insights by leveraging KOL network. • Understands customer value perception and refines proposition for various customer stakeholders. • Understands and implements what reputed company and future customers find valuable. • Selects appropriate investigative or analytical methods from market research to generate insights. • Utilizes an established process for conducting market research. • Combines historical and reputed company data to optimize market research. • Analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results. Understands statistical reputed company and basic hypothesis testing. • Effectively uses and interprets qualitative and quantitative research. Able to reputed company decision-driving insights through observation of behaviors What you need (Required): • 6+ years of work experience required What you need (Preferred) • MBA preferred • 3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferred • $98,000 - $210,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
