At this stage of growth, we are looking for a “T-shaped” designer - strong generalists with a wide breadth of skills, but excels in a discipline (particularly in analytics and data visualization). We are looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, and asks the right questions to get a clear understanding of the problem we are solving for.
