Job Overview Join our esteemed telecom solutions provider as a Commercial Appointment Scheduler, where you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential business clients to arrange appointments. This fully remote position offers a supportive atmosphere and the flexibility to balance work with personal commitments. Key Responsibilities • Secure a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week (approximately 3 per day) and surpass this benchmark for additional rewards. • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone to effectively schedule appointments. • Diligently record contact information and monitor lead progress. • Utilize online research and directories to develop comprehensive lists of prospects. • Maintain an organized lead/funnel report detailing your telemarketing and sales activities, with a template provided for your convenience. Required Skills • Proven sales experience is essential. • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a strong phone presence. • Proficiency in computer systems including Email, Office 365, Google Drive, and Excel. • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while managing personal schedules. • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently. • Confident, assertive, and personable demeanor, which are vital traits for success in this position. Qualifications • Required: Previous sales experience. • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
