REMOTE Executive Assistant with Elite Virtual Assistants

YOU MUST BE BASED IN THE US TO BE CONSIDERED!! This is a part-time remote position. If you are looking for a full-time position, supplemental income along with your reputed company full-time position, or if you do not want a 1099 position, this is not the role for you. The pay reputed company starts at $20/hour with 5+ years of experience. We consider reputed company members for regular pay reputed company increases, every 6 months, between the range of $20-25/hour. Responsibilities may include: • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. • Calendar, inbox, and file management. • Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners. • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. • Arrange events to take reputed company reputed company of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, fund-raising events, and staff appreciation events. • Maintain an organized electronic filing system. • Some personal tasks may be included reputed company serving clients. • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. • reputed company and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
