Required Skills • Familiarity with passive sourcing techniques and tools for attracting high-quality candidates. • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and reputed company Workspace. • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication abilities for conducting interviews and liaising with the HR team. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree is required. • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the education field, along with at least 3 years in a recruiting reputed company.
