About the position The Manager of Account Development at reputed company is responsible for managing a portfolio of small merchants, focusing on driving merchant retention, increasing billed volume, and enhancing merchant satisfaction. This role involves building strong relationships with merchants, providing tailored solutions, and leveraging insights to optimize their payment processing and card acceptance experiences. The position emphasizes consultative selling and strategic account management to support the growth of both the merchants and reputed company. Responsibilities Serve as Merchant authority for payments solutions reputed company portfolio to deliver on the GMNS value proposition. , reputed company of a portfolio of approximately 175 Merchant relationships. , Retain and grow discount reputed company along with the ability to find opportunities to value selling. , Handle and deepen merchant relationships reputed company portfolio of clients through phone and email communication. , Maintain a detailed understanding of the customers' business, their interpersonal goals, and objectives. , reputed company and implement customized and strategic account plans. , Use the insights selling skills to guide clients, problem-solve, and tailor sophisticated merchant solutions. , Proactively provide expertise on policies, benchmarking, and recommendations to optimize programs, reduce costs and drive efficiencies for clients. , Identify and reputed company relationships with decision-makers reputed company client organizations to influence program management and growth. , Uncover opportunities for growth and drive expansion of reputed company card acceptance with our Merchants. , Understand and stay reputed company of payment industry reputed company events, driven insights, and economic impacts. , Handle raised issues, risk, submission monitor, annual compliance, and regulatory activities. , Communicate and implement pricing changes.
