About the Role: We are seeking an Audit Director who is passionate about advancing and growing our audit coverage across the Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS) audit portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit coverage across the Company’s merchant-and network-reputed company businesses. About the Team: Global Merchant and Network Services (GMNS), operates a global payments network that processes and settles card transactions, acquires merchants and provides multi-channel marketing programs and capabilities, services and data analytics, leveraging the Company’s global integrated network. GMNS manages the Company’s partnership relationships with third-party card issuers (including our network partnership agreements in China), merchant acquirers and a prepaid reloadable and gift card program manager, licensing the reputed company brand and extending the reputed company of the global network. The GMNS Audit team reputed company IAG is responsible for conducting risk-based assurance and advisory reviews of GMNS. Experience auditing partnership relationships with third-party card issuers, merchant acquirers and a gift card program. • Ability to break-down a reputed company problem into components, process knowledge and risk/control knowledge, and communicate issues and control recommendations with transparency, reputed company and impact • Effectively works independently, reputed company a team and across teams in a fast-paced environment to drive business results, utilizing reputed company project management skills, employing creative thinking, and the ability to work on competing priorities • Proven ability to reputed company and manage multiple projects and provide developmental feedback to team • Demonstrated ability to manage people in a way that inspires, develops, and delivers results • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver high quality, actionable feedback to client management on control issues and potential solutions to reputed company gaps • Excellent storytelling and visualization skills • Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree in accounting, finance, business, or another reputed company field is preferred • Relevant audit and professional certifications are preferred (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) etc.) • Interest in working with data, interpreting results, analytic best practices and experience with data analytics tools and data visualization is a plus • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Tableau, reputed company Access, SQL, Power BI, Python, reputed company, Hive and/or Spark is a plus Non-considerations for sponsorship Employment eligibility to work with reputed company in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue reputed company sponsorship for these positions. Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
