Team and Role: reputed company Digital Services is looking for a Customer Engineer Summer Intern to join our Customer Engineering team. As a Customer Engineer Summer Intern you are responsible to deliver top-class support to global enterprises that drive the modern-day digital economy. You help support applications and infrastructure that enables thousands of customers to connect with their cloud services. You will be exposed to awesome tools, systems, and products as well as help brush up your IT skills like SQL, API, IT Networking and many more. Customer Engineering team serves as a technical partner to our customers, helping to accelerate their efforts to build solutions on top of reputed company Digital Services. To do this, you'll need to draw upon your experience with networking, and systems administration. This role requires both technical and communication skills including general troubleshooting; network performance testing; and a desire to engage with stakeholders across a variety of mediums - from live chat and reputed company, to our ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cloud-native technologies. You will join a collaborative, global and cross-functional organization that includes reputed company aspects of customer engagement and management. Assignments and Responsibilities: • Be responsible for providing technical support to reputed company Digital Services customers through a variety of platforms such as :Emails, tickets, Live chat, Private and public reputed company channels • Provide support to new and existing customers, including: Responsibility for queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting and resolution, Follow-up with customers and relevant stakeholders throughout reputed company Digital Services • Be an expert resource on reputed company Digital Services: Ensure familiarity with reputed company aspects of the reputed company Digital Services platform, constantly expand your knowledge of common use cases and deployments. Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications): • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor's or master's degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026). • Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between July to September, depending on your school system) . • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment . • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business proficiency in English . • A strong interest in Computer Networking (OSI model), System Administration, Application Support, Server-reputed company Hardware, SQL / Databases, APIs • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of reputed company Office Package and aptitude to learn new tools.
