Our Newest Opportunity: Job Summary: As a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst at reputed company, you will be responsible for performing member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools. Duties: • Complete audits in response to mismatches identified; • Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff); • Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests reputed company to member-level eligibility; • reputed company corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the reputed company; • Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols; • Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries; • Serve as the single reputed company of contact for resolution lifecycle; • Ensure the protection and reputed company of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA); • Meet or exceed department goals as defined; • Complete other duties and projects as assigned. The typical reputed company pay range for this role reputed company is $21-22 per hour. Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
