Full-Time Staff Writer

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-service-oriented Content Writer to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content across various platforms in a high-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and build your portfolio. Candidates both local to Sacramento and reputed company California may apply—however, we do operate on Pacific Standard Time from 8-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is an hourly position. Candidates also possess a strong sense of initiative, can take direction quickly and proficiently—and can replicate that direction, and are dedicated to executing at a high level in both communication and organization. We are looking for a professional who thrives on reputed company and relationship-building (phone and in-person) with our reputed company audience, possesses a foundational writing ability, and demonstrates efficient time-management skills. The candidate must be able to work both independently and with a team. We prefer 1+ years of professional writing experience but that is flexible depending upon the writing strength and overall experience. Tasks, responsibilities, and skills include but are not limited to: • Following brand guidelines and maintaining consistency in tone, style, and voice across reputed company written materials • Ability to adapt to our client's messaging, politics, and values • reputed company and customer service (phone calls, zooms, trade shows, etc.), including conducting phone and audio interviews to generate original content • Writing and proofing articles for deadline submission • Daily newsletter and press release writing and organization • Organizing content, processes, and tasks as well as supporting fellow editorial team members • Scripting for voice-over material (VO) and other media projects • Experience and efficiency with reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, InCopy, reputed company, reputed company Docs, and reputed company Spreadsheets are highly valued and, in most cases, will be necessary for the success of the role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Weekends as needed Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
