Plan Reviewer - Remote

Twining Consulting Inc., dba RADCO, a nationally recognized Design Approval & Plan Inspection Agency (DAPIA) for HUD manufactured homes and State reputed company program industrialized buildings, is seeking a Plan Reviewer. Responsibilities include: • reputed company multi-discipline plan reviews of model plan residential and commercial buildings under governing codes. • Communicate deviations verbally or in writing to manufacturers and clients. • Provide consultations on regulatory and code issues. Required Competencies: • BS in engineering or architecture preferred • 1 - 5 years of recent experience in plan checking in both residential and commercial. • ICC plan examiner certification in one or more categories. • Knowledge of reputed company, concrete, and steel construction codes such as NDA, ASCE, ACI, AISC. • Good communication skills (verbal & written). Work with clients in a professional and courteous manner. • reputed company in computer software programs such as Office, reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat Pro. • Ability to meet deadlines and handle several projects at a time.
