Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Business Analyst to join reputed company and provide comprehensive support to the Acting PMO Director. Key Responsibilities Draft precise and effective Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Create training guides and facilitate training sessions for internal and external stakeholders as necessary. Collaborate with IT teams and delivery managers to ensure project releases align with operational and client testing approvals. Participate in a sprint-based environment, utilizing shared IT resources across various projects. Aid in the enhancement of standardized best practices to fulfill company and team objectives. Conduct data analysis using SQL Server for requirements gathering or functional testing. Generate periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) that involve reputed company calculations and multiple data sources. Research and compile materials for special projects connected to marketing and contract administration. Required Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiency. Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative abilities with meticulous attention to detail. Capability to work autonomously, adhere to deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across varying levels of the organization and with external clients. Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
