Job Summary Develops proposals in response to solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc.) from employers, government agencies, commercial healthcare organizations, pharma, and health systems across multiple lines of business as directed by manager. Responsible for project management including attending strategy calls, developing timelines, coordinating assignments, content development, formatting drafts, obtaining approvals, and editing content as directed by manager. Ensures incorporation of project strategy, compliance with client and legal requirements, and proposal consistency and accuracy. May manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting client deadlines and stakeholder expectations. Effectively communicates and partners with project stakeholders including the sales organization and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Ensures the accuracy and completeness of proposal content reputed company required deadlines. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to create content and ensure that updates to programs and services are accurately reflected in our knowledge reputed company (RocketDocs).
