Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 7. Passionate about sustainable energy and Tesla’s mission. Responsibilities 1. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience. 3. Engage with Tesla’s online community to build and maintain a positive brand image. 4. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 5. Analyze social media metrics to drive data-driven decisions and report insights to management. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and customer service. 7. Educational Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience – 2+ years of experience in social media management or customer service.
