This is a Remote Position We are a 24/7 365 Answering Service We are looking for Virtual receptionist / Customer Service Representative At Let Us Answer we have been building connections and keeping our clients connected 24/7, since 1974. We provide professional and quality service to our clients small and large all over North America. As the Answering Service our job is to be an extension to our clients brand and to ensure they never miss a call. We answer calls during office hours, after hours, and some clients, we are their only lifeline to their customers. We have established a reputation for offering our clients first class customer service; we strive to meet and exceed these expectations every day. We DO NOT do sales calls, solicitations, or any sort of Outbound Telemarketing. We take Inbound calls for a wide variety of clients such as Lawyers, Doctors, Home Health, Hospice, Heating/Cooling, Plumbers, Apartment Complexes, Construction, Staffing Agencies, Oilfield, Real Estate, Funeral Homes, the list goes on!! We take accurate messages and dispatch the call according to the specific clients needs. You wear many hats here at Let Us Answer. No two days are alike and no two clients are the same. This makes our job that much more important. At Let Us Answer you are one of the most important pieces to our clients daily function. Position information..... ? This is a REMOTE work from home position. ? We are hiring for Full Time (32-40 hours per week). ? Shifts time will vary between 9a - 11p. ? Position requires working evenings, weekends and holidays. We need all of our team to handle themselves in a friendly, courteous, professional manner at all times. We are looking for Team Members with strong spelling and grammar skills. Additionally, you must have a positive attitude, excellent listening skills, strong communication skills, and a friendly tone of voice. A Typing speed of no less than 40 wpm is required. You will be required to provide your own desktop computer, wired headset, and web camera. ? You must have a private secure work space. Free from distraction or household interruptions (such as children, family members, guest, animals). ? You may not have any conflicting responsibilities during your work shift. ? Your home office must have high speed internet, you work station will need to be hardwired via ethernet cable, no Wi-Fi connections. ?
