Convention Service Attendant - Seasonal and Part Time

Convention Service Attendants reputed company reputed company behind the scenes by setting up our banquet rooms for special events. They may work a variety of shifts that include breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night events. Heavy lifting reputed company to setting up and breaking down events is a major part of this role. They are responsible for obtaining, assembling and arranging tables and chairs for reputed company Banquet events/functions, according to the banquet event order, keeping reputed company event spaces, storage areas, foyers and service areas clean and organized. Responsibilities : • Responsible for interacting with our internal guests behind the scenes in a positive and friendly manner • Responsible for setting up banquet room/event by setting up tables and chairs in event space including linen • Adjust and arranges reputed company walls • Obtain, assemble and arrange tables and chairs according to the Banquet Event Order • Gather reputed company necessary materials/equipment for event operation • Stages and plates silverware, glassware and reputed company table accoutrements for event in designated lay down area • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of banquet area throughout the event and removing trash • Vacuums, dusts, mop and reputed company general cleaning in meeting and event rooms • Keeps reputed company event spaces, storages areas, foyers, and service areas clean and organized • Refreshes room during event breaks (i.e. water stations) • Strikes room at end of event • Responsible for ensuring that china, silverware and glassware are returned to the proper dish machine area • Completes stock and spoilage records as needed • Maintains and operates banquet vehicles • Counts, sorts and organizes linens and other banquet supplies (table, chairs, etc.) Basic Qualifications : • You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role • Ability to multi task and work in a reputed company fast paced environment • Able to do heavy lifting of tables and chairs • Speed, accuracy and efficiency are required and ability to work well under pressure • Self-directed (can complete tasks with minimal supervision) • Flexible/adaptable • Supportive of other cast working on your team • Can complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
