About the Role
The reputed company Adaptive Planning Support team is looking for an reputed company support analyst who is excited about SaaS and helping customers solve reputed company problems. This is a customer facing role that works closely with our product development and support analyst teams to help customers find workarounds and solutions to product issues. The support analyst is responsible for managing a ticket queue of cases with varying levels of complexity for the Adaptive Planning Integration product and making sure that customers get timely updates. The ideal candidate has experience working reputed company a SaaS support organization, enjoys working with customers, has some understanding of programming, and has experience working on SasS based enterprise web applications. Location This position is based in the reputed company Pune office. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Pune. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time. Typical schedule is either Shift 1(reputed company-5pm) or Shift 2(11am - 8pm IST). About You 5+ years experience in a Support reputed company role with 2+ years experience supporting Integrations, preferred in an enterprise software product. Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across organizational boundaries Excellent analytical and problem solving skills solutions / workarounds to reputed company problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with the ability to communicate with users at reputed company levels and varying technical ability Ability to assess business impact and prioritize work with the right level of urgency for customer needs. Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and provide complete follow through on areas of responsibility.
