Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates for digital marketing roles using job portals, social media, and professional networks. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements tailored to attract top talent in the digital marketing field. Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding of new hires by coordinating documentation and familiarizing them with company policies. Market Research: Stay informed about trends in digital marketing and the talent market to refine recruitment strategies. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
