About the team & Opportunity: innovaTel is looking for both part and full-time (8 - 40 hours) Licensed Clinical Social Workers, LPCs and LMFTs licensed in any state to work with patients across the lifespan in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. Minimum Qualifications: • Relevant and active LCSW license in any state(s), or LPC/LMFT license in any state(s). • Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing. • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills and critical analysis. • Flexibility and ability to adjust to needs of clinic partners (e.g., same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.) • Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation. Preferred Qualifications: • Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness. • Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders. • Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients. • Open to becoming licensed to practice in additional states with company cost coverage / support.
