About the position As a Technical Specialist at Apple Retail, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with Apple products and services. Your role involves educating customers about repair options and empowering them to maximize their use of Apple products. You will work collaboratively with team leaders to address recurring service issues and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity within the workplace. Responsibilities • Develop knowledge and stay up to date on Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes. , • Support customers with Apple product or software issues using care and empathy. , • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software. , • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple. , • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product and service recommendations. , • Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor. , • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
