Processing Floor Lead - 1st shift

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg. SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm. STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50-$19.50 with a potential increase after 90 days. PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided. Job functions include: • Lead the egg processing operation during production. • Establish production schedules for an efficient production while meeting quality standards and delivery requirements. • Meet operation goals while complying with internal and external safety and environmental requirements. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age. • 2 years of experience with food processing is preferred. • Must be organized, have well written and verbal communication skills, as well as good human relations skills.
