Commercial Pricing Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Pricing Manager to join our team at TP Teleperformance. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the internal financial strategy, reviewing total cost of ownership pricing models, and providing financial guidance to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership support to ensure accurate and timely financial decisions Lead and facilitate global alignment across local pricing teams Review and standardize pricing across all segments and geos to ensure accuracy and completeness Work closely with Executive Leadership and Business Development teams to manage and propose responses to client-generated RFPs Lead and facilitate project pricing, value add total cost of ownership modeling, postmortem review, and process improvement functions Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and compliant with global TP policies, IFRS, local taxes, and commercial standards Support client negotiations from a financial perspective Work globally and cross-functionally to confirm operational viability of proposals Evaluate and support the development of new customer proposals and completion of complex RFPs Supports development and execution of division strategies and initiatives Ensure standardization and compliance to defined processes and policies *Qualifications:** 3+ years of experience in finance, pricing, operations, or workforce management work with a BPO company Bachelor's degree in business or a quantitative/technical discipline; MBA is a plus Strong attention to detail, superior analytical and problem-solving capability Previous experience in client negotiations and contract reviews from a financial perspective Ability to think strategically and lead development of business vision and priorities Experience working in complex financial environments and multi-country involvement Experienced professional with a background in detailed excel modeling, financial analysis, including financial modeling, pricing modeling, budgeting, and forecasting *Benefits:** Paid Training Competitive Wages Full Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and more) Paid Time Off Employee wellness and engagement program Apply Job!
