Benefits • We offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase. • Sign on bonus • Medical Insurance • Paid Training • 401k Responsibilities • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications • Previous experience in a customer support role • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • High school degree We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $33.00 - $38.00/hour.
