Position Title: Junior Bookkeeper Responsibilities: • Assist other bookkeepers with reputed company clients • Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis • Produce monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and projections • Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate financial records • Utilize QuickBooks, reputed company, and reputed company Suite proficiently Requirements: • 5 years or more of bookkeeping experience • 4 years of QuickBooks experience • 2 years of governmental accounting experience • 2 years of payroll experience • Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company Suite • HR background is helpful (but not mandatory) • Certification is a plus, but not a requirement Opportunity for Growth: After a successful 3-month contract period, the Junior Bookkeeper will have the opportunity to become a payroll employee. Additionally, there is potential for a promotion to the position of Senior Bookkeeper.
