Experience and Skills: Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat role. • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising on quality. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
