Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Screening reputed company qualified candidates using job boards (e.g., reputed company, Monster, reputed company, reputed company), social media, and other innovative channels. Conduct pre-screening and qualification calls to assess candidates' technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for both active and future job openings. Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for interview scheduling and feedback. Ensure compliance with US hiring regulations and company policies. Manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updates and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring reputed company. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment for US-reputed company.
