- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all passengers, addressing individual preferences and requirements.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages in accordance with established standards and dietary restrictions.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings to inform passengers about safety protocols, onboard services, and any specific arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin before, during, and after flights, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist with emergency procedures and equipment checks, demonstrating a thorough understanding of safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle special requests from passengers, including arranging transportation, accommodations, and other logistical needs.
- Uphold the companys values and standards, representing United Airlines in a professional manner at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience as a corporate flight attendant or in a luxury service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of aviation safety and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a flight attendant, preferably in a corporate or private aviation setting.
- Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service, with a focus on executive clientele.
- Experience in catering coordination and meal preparation is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as flight schedules may vary.
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
