Job Details Core Responsibilities • Implement , manage, and troubleshoot core systems and networking issues • Assist in the development and maintenance of Disaster Recovery Planning, implementation, and testing • Manage capacity and performance of the backup infrastructure ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure on a day-to-day basis. • Monitor backup server environment, acknowledge incidents/problems, and resolving according to organization processes and procedures. • Provide general core infrastructure support and assistance. • Assist in the resolution of escalated support desk tickets • Creation and maintenance of SOP and Systems Documentation • Ensure operational compliance within departmental standards and general industry best practice. • Sharing progress reports with leadership teams and other departments to communicate changes and implementation of new technologies. • Lead and manage the communication with IT vendors and third-party companies. • Analyzing network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems. • Managing project timelines, budgets, and documentation according to the PMBOK • Manage and administer the Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security. • Implementation, integration, configuration, development, and support of all stages of the SD-WAN process • Implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, designing communication networks based on Cisco Meraki technologies and equipment • As prescribed in Kingspan IT Manual, maintain, and improve data availability, security, and integrity of the IT systems • Other duties as assigned. Experience / Skills • Working knowledge of network infrastructure standards & best practices • Cloud technology experience with an emphasis in MS Azure, • Office365 Administration • Systems Administration, Troubleshooting and Management • Skilled in Windows Server 2016, 2019 Implementation, Troubleshooting & Management • VMware & Virtualization technologies • Microsoft Active Directory in a multi domain environment • Security Best Practices • Meraki networking skills as essential, HP Aruba skills are desirable • Project Management skills • Documentation of IT processes, procedures, systems, and incidents as appropriate • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a similar role in corporate environment • Manufacturing environment experience • Relevant industry certification CCNA, CCAP, MCSE, Azure Administrator, Azure Network Engineer are a plus.
