Customer Service Representative - Remote After 90 Days!
reputed company is in partnership with a leading transit company looking to hire several Call Center Representatives for their Harrisburg, PA location! - Demonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of reputed company with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.
A Day in the Role:
- Taking new applications and processing payments reputed company phone.
- Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries.
- Updating and changing account holder information.
- Basic data entry.
- Follow up mail & email correspondence.
- reputed company account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.
- Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
- Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.
Requirements:
- 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
- Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
- 1+ year working with a computer system
- Proficient data entry skills required.
- Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
- Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
- HS Diploma or GED
Work Environment
- Call Center Environment
- Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
- Dress: Business Casual (Jeans are OK! No leggings or sweatpants)
