React Native Tech Lead (Remote From Anywhere)

- Lead a front-end team of approximately 5 developers, both locally and remotely.
- Oversee front-end coding and logic.
- Integrate UI/UX and animation features.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in an agile environment.
- Plan projects, including understanding requirements, estimating effort, time, and budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Front-End development, with strong skills in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
- At least 2 years of experience developing Web applications using ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay, etc.
- 2+ years of experience working with RoR (Ruby on Rails).
- Familiarity with basic programming concepts, JavaScript, data structures, variable types, and idiosyncrasies.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
