The Product Graphics Design Producer role lives within Marcom’s Design team, and plays a critical role in driving the development of creative solutions for markings applied to hardware and also software screens for all Product launches and sustaining updates in collaboration with our partners globally. Description Product Graphics Design Producers manage the development and schedules for creative work which is applied to hardware and software screens. Design Producers partner with Designers and engineering teams to develop best-in-class creative for our product launches, sustain efforts, pilots and programs. This role works closely with a variety of teams across the organization, including regulatory, legal, operations, other functional creative teams, production teams, leadership teams, and partners across the Design team studio. The Product Graphics Design Producer’s day-to-day responsibilities include: • Set up kick-off and reviews with cross-functional partners and collaborate with others toward the project plan including the key dates, prioritization and the operational strategy around creative solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project roadmap, design limitations and requirements as it relates to product development (both domestic and international requirements that are relevant for product distribution). • Partner with your designer to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem. • Understand the legal, regulatory, environmental, and manufacturing constraints related to each category of products and relay/partner with your designer to implement. • Execute business critical initiatives from kick off through to completion while navigating ambiguity and managing conflicting priorities • You are adaptable and can provide effective support across a variety of categories with varying complexities and considerations • Help facilitate design direction and brainstorm with Product Graphics Designers and ID to develop and finalize graphic studies. • Develop, revise and maintain schedules inclusive of cross-functional needs and key dates to meet the needs of the business • You create and organize your projects including a kick-off check list, schedules, reference material, specifications, and compliance requirements. • Oversee and track Product Graphics deliverables via our tracking tool. • Maintain and distribute weekly priorities to team members and partners. • You prioritize and work on multiple highly detailed projects at the same time. • Consistently re-evaluating workflow for efficiencies and identifying tools and process improvement opportunities for our group. Minimum Qualifications • 10 years as a creative producer, creative operations or project management experience Preferred Qualifications • Well-versed in leading the creative development process with strong project management skills as part of a team developing graphic design solutions for technology or similar products. • Ability to drive workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple partners, departments and levels of Leadership. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to learn quickly to adapt and get results through projects. • Extremely detail oriented (meticulous) with extraordinary follow-through skills. • You care deeply about product graphics and design. You have appreciation for quality, can communicate clearly, and have patience for the process—both as it relates to engineering and design. • Cut through ambiguity to find an aligned path forward despite uncertainty. • Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt and pivot in order to arrive at the best solution. • See around corners to ensure awareness of bigger problems and opportunities ahead.
