Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role) People Management: • Maintain communication with CEO to ensure projects are on target • Manage and lead team members to achieve goals while assessing resource needs • Create a positive work environment for team members focused on company values in order for them to thrive and produce excellent work Strategy and Ideation: • Ideate new front end offers, workshops, challenges, webinars, evergreen events, or something that is completely new and radically different • Responsible for R&D, learning and testing latest customer acquisition ideas and strategies to help with scaling • Implement the execution of new strategies • Ownership over marketing calendar • Empower team to execute aspects of the marketing plan and ensure it comes together as envisioned • Develop and maintain a multi-year roadmap that ensures company growth while leaving room for the rapidly evolving needs of the clients, brand, and industry Growth: • Funnel Creation and Conversion: Oversight of funnels to enhance marketing and revenue • Acquisition and Traffic: Manage current traffic team and help team members grow and develop skills. • Conversion: Dial-in engagement campaigns to convert leads at point of sale • Optimize conversion from social media channels • Optimize conversion rate on all sales funnels including webinars, challenge funnels, product launches, membership offers, etc. • Perform A/B testing to maximize results + familiarity • Build, strategize and oversee landing page design & development • Client Journey Optimization: Assess current client journey and implement new ideas to grow retention Marketing Operations: General functions and organizational tasks associated with the role • Ability to track KPIs and analyze data in order to hypothesize business-driving marketing tactics • Consistently review website, sales funnels, and/or landing pages for improvements and make improvements based on buyers’ action • Regularly review business assets for quality updates and improvements and ensure all marketing assets are aligned and consistent with brand standards • Proactively seek opportunities to streamline systems and processes in Marketing department through SOPs and automations Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is: • Mother Tongue German required • Basic proficiency in English is required • Previously experienced as a Marketing Manager (or similar role) • Passionate about the professional success of women • Communicates transparently, clearly and with appreciation • Proven experience with live launches • Driven • Tech-savvy • Proactive, takes initiative, and self-motivated • Works independently • Transparent • Direct • Reliable • Enthusiastic • Fast learner and high performer • Growth mindset • Willing to invest in this position long-term • Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection • Consistent, distraction-free work environment Software Utilized by Company Go High Level, Kajabi, Clickup, Wix, Meta Suite, Google Analytics Current Team Members CEO, Director of Operations, Social Media + Ads Manager, Project Manager, Marketing Project Manager, Client Success Manager, Technical AVA, Sales Person About the company You can learn more about Verena and the company here: https://www.verenatschudi.com/ Job Type: Part-time Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
