Our specialties encompass bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, injectables, laser treatments, and skincare solutions, all delivered in a luxurious and supportive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and oversee mid-level practitioners (Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners) to guarantee compliance with state and federal medical regulations. • Uphold and enhance the standard of care while promoting patient safety through thorough quality assurance and adherence to established best practices. • Conduct telehealth consultations as necessary. • Implement regular quality assurance assessments to evaluate medical procedures, protocols, and patient outcomes. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate seamless communication and teamwork in delivering optimal patient care. • Provide authoritative medical guidance, ensuring treatments and procedures are safe, effective, and aligned with cutting-edge advancements in aesthetic medicine and wellness. • Engage in continuous professional development to remain abreast of evolving medical practices and ensure the medical team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional care. • Delegate responsibilities to mid-level practitioners based on their qualifications and experience while monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback. Required Skills • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. • Active medical license in the state of Texas. • Strong knowledge of medical spa treatments, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care. • Proficiency in technology and telehealth platforms. Qualifications • Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine) is preferred but not mandatory. • Leadership experience within a medical spa or a comparable healthcare environment is advantageous.
